First and most important thing is that you need to keep her happy. Most of the time parents at this age become upset because they don't get proper attention from their children. They become depressed resulting in such symptoms. Secondly, ask her nicely what she wants to eat. Give her whatever she asks. If she is happy on liquids then you can arrange liquids BUT do not force her to eat or drink. She will never do so. Don't make her feel that she is ill. In this way she will not overcome this. Take her out for a walk once in a day if she is willing. It will change her environment and she will feel better.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer.
Wishing her good health.
