Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here...my husband is having stomach problems. His stomach stays tight as if there is a mass about 12 x 5 face is flush, causes him to gag multiple times a day. He s drained of energy too

He may be suffering from bloating of stomach which may be due to Acute gastritis or food Intolerance or peptic ulcer disease or infections or malobsorption syndromes etc. Also gall bladder or liver problems may also present like this, avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. get ultrasound abdomen and Upper GI endoscopy done and get treated accordingly.
