General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The prescribed antibiotic, probiotic and ondansetron can be taken. Don't take loperamide drug which is not needed. Stool routine micro examination and occult blood test were done for further work up. Drink more water. Avoid excess spicy foods. Take semisolid diet.

Take vital Z like powder with water to maintain electrolyte balance

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
