How Can Vomiting Along With Body Ache, Headache And Dizziness Be Treated?

I have been sick fora week now, 1st 2 days vomiting ,body aches, headaches, hot spells, nausea, loss of appetite, chills and dizzy. The past 4 days i have had all symptoms except vomiting ... no fevers though this timeframe. Yesterday I felt better then, in the evening my symptoms came back. Today I am suffering all symptoms again. I have not vomited yet.... Not sure what is going on. Initially thought it was the flu?? Please help?? I see my family doctor on Friday, the 16th. Wondering if I need to go to urgent care.

Primary guidelines at present:

1. Get a prescription of anti-emetic with proton pump inhibitor from your doctor which will be required to take on an empty stomach.
2. Take tablet Paracetamol after meals.
