How Can Vomiting, Abdominal Cramps And Sore Throat In A Child Be Treated?

10 year old son swallowed small amount of pool water yesterday. Has thrown up a few times overnight and this morning. Also experiencing stomach cramps, dry mouth, dizziness, sore throat. Is lethargic. Does not have a fever. How should we respond to his condition?
