How Can Vocal Cord And Patalal Paralysis Be Treated?

My father is suffering from vocal cord paralysis and palatal paralysis.. he is 70 years old and a known patient of CA prostrate too and harmone therapy is in being done regularly since a year.. may i know what is the suited treatment for vocal cord and patalal paralysis??
