Hi,

There is no treatment for thalassemia minor because it is a genetic disease. Thalassemia minor cannot cause symptoms or disease. It remains dormant throughout the life only thalassemia major causes symptoms.

Regarding vitamin D3 and B12 deficiency, you need to start supplements. Eat a healthy diet like milk, eggs, non-vegetarian food like fish, chicken, seafood etc. All these are a rich source of vitamin B12 and D3.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
