Hello,

Vitamin B12 is the vitamin which is responsible for the production of RBC which in turn responsible for blood oxygen-carrying capacity. Thus if vitamin b12 is less, then it can cause lethargy and fatigue while vitamin d is responsible for calcium deposition in bones, so its deficiency causes bony pains. Thus if your levels are low, then you might experience these symptoms which can get treated by taking their supplementation. Yes, definitely you would have felt much better if your count would have been high.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
