How Can Vertigo Be Treated?

I am a 90 year old female.have Macular. Glaucoma and hearing problems.Brain scans,Mri all prove negative. and have done all the exersizes for Vertigo. Drs have about given up on my case as the spinning and dizziness continues, Appreciate any thoughts or ideas on what I can, I have tried Meclizine but discontinued after two days as dizziness got worse. Drs suggest I restart and continue being carefull not to fall. RMP

So if you have checked yourself in a othorinolaringologist, and have done a neck x ray and everything is normal you would better treat only the symptom by taking betaserc.
