How Can Vertigo And Tinnitus Be Treated?

My husband is having, I believe, inner ear problems. He cannot keep his balance, hears the ocean in his ears. And he s walking around like he s drunk, stumbling, cannot keep his balance, and almost falling down. What do you suggest. Also he will not go to the doctor. He says it will pass. He s been taking motion sickness pills. s
