Every so often, I feel small bumps on the inner portion of the "wings" on my vagina and near the opening. I noticed them today and I started looking. They are white colored, non-pustule bumps ranging that are small with one medium-sized one. They remind me of the bumps I get when I shave and the hair grows back, but I haven't shaved down there recently. I can literally rip them off and see their solid form. I looked at pictures of herpes and STDs, but none of them seem to match. What are these things?
