General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. I think you should consider taking cotrimoxazole 2% cream at night intravaginally daily for 14 days since it is a recurent infection. Clotrimoxazole is b category in pregnancy by FDA and is recommanded intravaginally since it has minimal systemic absorption.
Take care.
Hope my answer was helpful, if yes, vote helpful.
Regards, Dr Olgeta Xhufka ( general and family physician ).
