Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Enterobius vermicularis (pinworm) is an usual infection to children. It can pass from anus to vagina easily, usually at nights that is why you have seen it at your daughter's vagina. Pinworm are very disturbing to girls. It is an infection that may be taken very easily anywhere, she may have take it from her friends, when eating something not washed properly or no hand washed. You should take this easily cause it may be repeated again and again. There are drugs to fight such infection, Pyrantel is the most widely used. Also have a very good hygiene. Your doctor will explain what to do next, but all family hygiene is absolutely recommended.

Best regards.
