How Can Vaginal Infection Be Treated?

hello doctor i am having a external vagina fungal infection nd i know a some medicines and its course is of 1month medicines are:- Finlite powder Finlite tablet 250mg miconazole nitrate gel Xlor- MD these medicines are not available at my place can you please tell me some medicines which i can use in place of these I am suffering from this infection from last 2-3 months and it is not cured yet.

I have gone through your query. You can use monistat or clotrimazole cream for local application. A also recommend you to go for a swab test of vagina to confirm what kind of infection. You can also use intimate wash daily to normalize vaginal ph and bacterial flora.
