How Can Urticarial Hives Be Treated?

I have been dx with urticarial hives, my eyes swell, I have a rash around my eyes with small welts, they itch severely, I am taking several allergy meds throughout the day and before I go to bed, nothing is working. This began shortly afterward after having surgery for kidney stones and removal of all 4 of my parathyroid hormones in 2010. I ve done immunotherapy, getting 3 shots a week for 4 years. I see an allergist, endocrinologist and primary care, no one seems to be able to figure this out.

It may be treated with starting with antihistamine drugs, steroids to control flare ups. Dapsone, hydroxychloroquine, sulfacetamide may also useful. The immunomodulators like Omalizumab is useful for controlling the flare ups. If remission is accure need to maintain therapy low doses.
