General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It can be many things, e.g. benign prostate hyperplasia, flaccid bladder, urinary calculi. I suggest you have a urinalysis and see your own doctor or a urologist at your earliest convenience.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anders Mark Christensen, General Surgeon
