General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.

Based on the history you seem to have developed urethral stricture or abnormal narrowing (due to scar formation or inflammation) resulting in retention of urine.

You need to be seen by a surgeon immediately to undergo widening of the urethra by dilators. So, I would advise you to call an ambulance immediately.

You may also need to undergo a surgical repair or urethroplasty to prevent the recurrence.

Hope this answers your query.
