General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of your daughter seem to be related to an upper respiratory tract infection.

I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Paracetamol syrup for the fever.

The steroid may help to relieve congestion. They do not interact with seizure medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
