Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

Please do not use creams like dipsalic anywhere on the body without prescription. It has a potent steroid which can cause stretch marks.

Pigmentation on underarms could be due to friction if you are overweight, could be familial, could be due to harsh deodorants or could be an early indicator of diabetes.

Reduce weight if overweight. Avoid deodorants containing high concentration of alcohol. Use a cream with 2 % kojic acid at bedtime.

Spots left by pimples can be treated using the same cream as mentioned above. You could also get chemical peels done by a dermatologist.

Hope this helps you.

Take care.
