How Can Tooth Decay Be Treated?

Hi, I ve a tooth decay and consulted dentist. The tooth is damaged to the gum line and going to do root canal. So the doctor prescribed three types of tablets. One is MOXIVIN-CV 625 manufactured by Novalife and the second one is RABETEK 20 Rabeprazole tablets by Bvass biotek and the third one is Rapid-SP Aceclofenac, paracetamol & serratiopeptidase tablets by satyam remedies. My question is, all this tablets really necessary for a tooth decay and root canal? Also, I made a mistake. I switched the covers of the tablets and dosage was written above it. Can you please guide me with the dosage? In the cover I ve, this is written. After food (1-1-1), After food (1-0-1), 30 minutes before food(1-0-1). Thanks

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

The medicines that are advised to you are all necessary to be taken as Moxivin CV is an antibiotic, Rabetek is for preventing hyperacidity caused due to antibiotics and Rapid SP is a painkiller..
The dosage which I commonly prescribe to my patients before root canal is antibiotic that is moxivin twice a day post meal, painkiller thrice a day or depending upon pain, so not necessary to take always and rabetek before meals..
You can follow accordingly but if you check with your dentist once it will be better as the regimen can differ with doctor..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
