How Can Tightness In The Muscles Be Treated?

Are there any supplements that help to reduce muscle tension/tightness? I have been on Diazepam for several years along with Oxycodone for treatment of chronic pain in neck and clavicle area. I m weening off Diazepam. I had a laminectomy several years ago, C3-C7 for spinal cord compression. I have disc degeneration in C5-C6 area in particular that is putting pressure on nerves. I ve reached a point where Diazepam is not that effective and I want to reduce potential complications with Oxy. Thank you.

seems your quite aged...as with your complaints suggest. So may be you have a electrolyte imbalance. So try to use ORS with regular water intake. Also some calcium supplements.
