How Can Throat Congestion Be Treated?

male have had a cough for five months and feel like i need to clear my throat constantly, never stopping. no bleeding, chest x rays are fine. have had allergy tests there aren t problems. have been given prednazone, nasil sprays, cough meds. no help, I have no rest from the clearing my throat. It feels like I need to clear my throat to breath.

Nasal polypsu
anterior nasal polyps are located anteriorly and easily locate on routine examination or rhinoscopy but posteriorly located polyps are difficult to diagnose causing problems like,nasal obstruction post nasal drainage light headache.
the other reason may be the acute sinusitis.
imaging study and histpatholigical evaluation needs for prompt diagnosis and treatment.
