How Can Throat Congestion Be Treated?

Mucus from allergies clog my throat frequently. The more I talk, the worse it gets. I take generic Zertec daily plus naval steroid. Looking for simple safe solution to clear throat when this happens. Caugh drops work somewhat, but I have concern of sugar content in drops.

Hi,

The medications you are taking are correct. You should continue to take antihistamines and corticosteroids for at least 5 days to see obvious results. Also you should take the drops to get relief. If you still feel bad you can use antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
