How Can The Redness And Swelling In Nostrils Be Treated?
At the end of my nostril it s red swollen throbbing this has been going on for a few years it comes and goes. My nose occasionally goes into this redness state. But over the last few years it becomes dry crusty like at the end of the inter part of my nostril. It just won t go away I ve used some creams.
Your clinical history is suggestive of vestibulitis with rhinosinusitis.
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you Ointment antibiotic + steroid twice daily , Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination in night, Steam Inhalation twice daily & Saline nasal spray twice daily.
Also like to do investigation Disgnostic nasal endoscopy to see extend of disease inside nose.
