Hello & welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

Your clinical history is suggestive of vestibulitis with rhinosinusitis.

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
Ointment antibiotic + steroid twice daily ,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination in night,
Steam Inhalation twice daily & Saline nasal spray twice daily.

Also like to do investigation Disgnostic nasal endoscopy to see extend of disease inside nose.

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
