How Can Syphilis Infection Be Transmitted?
Sir, my wife have vdrl reactive and I have non reactive several times we have tested after 3 months and after six months the result was same. My wife was positive 1:80 and my report was same negative. I was surprise how that possible if we have sex without safe sex. Sir I want to know in future If any problem may be creations by this vdrl positive and any positive way suggestion.

Syphilis infection is transmitted by sexual route. But there is no such thing that definitely you will get by doing sex, it depends on our body immunity. That is the reason why you didn't get infection through your wife.
Is your wife using treatment for syphilis infection? If it is completely cured, then there is no way of getting infection from your wife.
