How Can Symptoms Of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Be Managed?

I have pain in my first finger next to my thumb on my left hand (especially in the first two knuckles, and space between the second knuckle and palm). Does it make sense to use compression or a flexible splint on that finger? Also, is pain where my palm meets my wrist, below the thumb, on both hands carpal tunnel syndrome, and how can I treat it?

Hi,

As a first line of management you can try analgesics and splints. If symptoms persist, it is better to go for surgical correction. You can consult an orthopedic and get evaluated. Wishing you good health.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
