Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have swollen lymph node in the neck which could be due to tonsillitis due to upper respiratory tract infection, lymphadenopathy and wisdom tooth in case if you have an erupting or impacted wisdom tooth. You should consult an Oral surgeon and get evaluated and an X ray can help in confirming the cause. Consult ENT specialist for this . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory or recommend tonsillectomy . Do warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day and also drink glass of warm water with one spoon of honey and garlic extract.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
