How Can Swollen Lymph Node In The Neck Be Treated?

I have a soft like lump above a collar bone on right side of neck with a little bit of pain saw a doctor at A& E. He said it does not seem anything to worry about but get your GP.to keep eye on it he is going to do blood test I don t know how long lump been there.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A lump in neck region is commonly due to lymph node enlargement, although other causes like soft tissue swelling, cyst etc are other possibilities.
I suggest you to get an ultrasound and aspiration cytology of the lump to know the origin and cause of swelling.
You may consult your primary healthcare provider for prescription of these investigations.
