Hi,

What precautions you have taken by applying ice pack and medications you have been taking seems to be fine. Swelling should come down in a day or two. You can add anti-inflammatory medication namely Ibuprofen twice daily after food.

Kindly continue all the medications. If the swelling doesn't come down in two days or is causing other symptoms pertaining to eye, you need to consult Opthalmologist for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
