How Can Swelling In The Temple After A Head Injury Be Treated?

Hello I took a fall last night head first have a large bump with swelling and bruising above eye and significant swelling on temple, temple is what is bothering me the most. I feel dizzy when I stand, other then that mostly tired. Anything I should watch for?

Swelling following fall can be controlled by using ice pack on the area of swelling. The bruising will reabsorb on its own in next 2 to 3 weeks. If the dizziness persists or you develop vomiting, loss of consciousness, persistent headache, vision problems or neurological problems, please be advised to follow up with the urgent care to get CT brain done.
