How Can Swelling In The Right Foot Be Treated?

I had right total hip replacement, partially due from AVN and bad fall while pressure washing pool for an elderly friend. I suffered sutures in occiput area of head and many tooth fractures. Had surgery 3 weeks ago and now my right foot is seriously swelling and looks like a baloon. What do I do+

Swelling in the right foot may be due to
1. Cellulitis
2. Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
3. Renal or cardiac failure.
Please don't neglect to consult your doctor immediately he will examine and treat you accordingly.
