How Can Swelling In The Finger Be Treated?

I caught my finger under heavy lumber 4 days ago.......a small bit of flesh is protruding from the wound....its on the bottom side .......swollen .....nail is fine......feeling in finger , but cant get to a doctor...swelling is going down, no infection.......very remote place.......any info.....

Hi thank you for querry,
If wound is not too much deep required stiching otherwise just wash it first with normal tape water after put any antiseptic like pyodine and dress it twice daily until it heals,aviod it contaimination with dirt or any foriegn body because it delayed wound healing.
if you feel pain take any pain killer like diclofenic and take vitamin C to enhance wound healing.
