I fell and blacked my eye five weeks ago although blackness and swelling have gone down I ve been left with a small dent under my eye brow saw my gp to weeks ago she said bone was fine and it was soft tissue damage and should go with time but how long does it take to go

You have fortunately skipped out from getting severe injury to I Thank god your vision is left unaffected!
Considering gravity of possible eye involvement... the small dent under your eyebrow ( without any bony involvement)should be accepted very well... Of course it will go gradually vanish over few months to an year..Please don't worry.
