How Can Sudden Inexplicable Constipation Be Treated With Magnesium Citrate In A Patient Weighing 236 Lbs?

i never had a problem moving my bowels until about 12 days ago all of a sudden im constipated my stools are brown but small amounts and they have a clay texture. I did a enamma and went very little . I am worried should I take magnesium citrate and how much should I take I weigh 236lbs.

The only thing I would suggest, with the information you provided, is to carefully check of any unusual changes in your eating habits, drinking habits and/or lifestyle changes that might have caused changes in your bowel transition.
Because the changes in your bowel transition have occurred only recently then it is not advised to use magnesium citrate at this stage. In this case you need to see a specialist for evaluating your condition and the next steps to be taken.
