I have a stiff neck that is uncomfortable to move. I have a bizarre feeling in the middle of my spine and have trouble breathing on occasion. I find the plans if my hands going numb as well as my feet and lower legs. I also sometimes feel dizzy and tend to be clumsy. I have anxiety issues and this is really bothering me any insight would help. Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi ,welcome to Ask A Doctor' service. I have read your question and here is my advice.
These symptoms may be related to problem in the spine like stenosis or prolapsed disks that may be compressing on your nerves giving you these symptoms. I would advise you should see a neurologist for proper assessment . I would have advised an MRI of the spine specially cervical spine to know about the problem.

Hopes i have your question .Please don,t hesitate to ask anything else you want to know about it.
Kind Regards
Dr Rahman.
