General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Such complications sometimes do occur if you were not in contact of a physiotherapist after the surgery.

Get into contact with a Physical therapist who is an orthopaedic clinical specialist. He will help you with some stretch exercises which will help to stretch your tissues, build up strength.

It may take some time but have patience & continue with the physical therapy. If you have pain or other discomfort you should immediately report to your treating doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
