hi mam/sir,any supplements like amway or homeopathic or Ayurvedic are not proven effective for steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome.moreover, they may be toxic to kidneys and may even cause renal failure or worsen the functioning of kidney.so,it’s better not to use those products.i generally do not recommend them for my patients.hope my answer clears your doubts.any further queries are always welcome.i’m eager to attend your concerns.thank you.i pray lord that your daughter responds well to tacrolimus and her condition improves.take care.bye.
