Hello,

No stapler pins have to be removed. Since it has not come out of the bowel it might have stuck there and will definitely cause granuloma if left.

So, kindly get it removed by any surgeon. They might do the scope or will remove it opening the part that they will decide after the location is being confirmed.

So, kindly get your baby to the doctor and do not neglect it or will end up with more complications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
