Dear service user,
Thanks for writing to healthcaremagic.
I appreciate your effort to narrate extensively your problems.
I will try my best to answer each issue.
1. The colorless liquid that comes out is a fluid of sex organs and tiny glands in the way of urine tube which may come out from penis while straining during defecation. It may come when there is sexual arousal or during early morning erections. This is absolutely normal.
2. Night emissions or ‘wet dreams’ are normal physiological events. Semen is being manufactured by genital organs continuously; it has to be expelled by some means. This situation is just akin to a glass of full water to which you add more water, with the logical result that it overflows. If one neither has sex nor
masturbation for long time, semen gets expelled in the form of night emissions, which is normal. No need to
consult doctor for this.
3. Penis does have superficial veins under its skin. This is also normal thing.
4. Sleep disturbance, inability to concentrate, excessive unrealistic focusing on body parts and physical symptoms without any evidence of obvious medical illness are seen in
depression,
anxiety disorders and somatoform disorders. Your perceived' semen loss makes you more worried about all these.
Semen is a body fluid which keeps on generated in body like other body fluids as blood, saliva and tears. When you donate one
unit of blood (350ml) your body makes it again within 1 month. Similarly when you spit, the mouth restores saliva soon. When you cry, the lost tears get restored by our eyes and they do not get dry. Thus semen also keeps on being generated by our sex organs.
The weakness felt by you is likely due to anxiety secondary to perceived semen loss. I recommend you to
consult a psychiatrist who will guide you to come out of this anxiety.
Your scan reports are normal suggests that you do not have any obvious medical disorder. That is good.
I hope this will help you.
Hope, I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. Wish you good health.
