How Can Spasms In The Lower Back And Throat Be Treated?

I have adhesive arachnoiditis at 10 levels, and I am getting bad spasms in my low back and the spasms are moving up to my ribs and continuing to my neck and throat and the spasms have a pulsing type feeling and they drop me to the floor I can not stay on my feet. I have never had them move up me like this before I am very concerned.

Spasms can affect many different types of muscles in the body, leading to many different symptoms.Spasms of skeletal muscles are most common and are often due to overuse and muscle fatigue, dehydration, and electrolyte abnormalities. The spasm occurs abruptly, is painful, and is usually short-lived. It may be relieved by gently stretching the muscle. If muscle spasms are especially painful, if they do not resolve or if they recur, medical care should be accessed to look for other possible underlying causes. There is no cure for arachnoiditis. Treatment options for arachnoiditis are similar to those for other chronic pain conditions. Most treatments focus on relieving pain and improving symptoms that impair daily activities. Often, health care professionals recommend a program of pain management, physiotherapy, exercise, and psychotherapy.
