How Can Sneezing And Runny Nose Be Treated?

This is pretty crazy but I had a lithotripsy for a 8mm stone after I awoke from the procedure my nose on the left side was sore and irritated I asked for a tissue and blew my nose. I thought it was probably from the O2 I was given but after I got home I was very sleepy and slept a few hours when I got up I was sneezing alot and my nose is running continuously and has done that all day the next day It fills like I have an allergy that I never had before. I was given Dilaudid 0.5 mg,Zofran 4mg IV. and O2 by cannula could there been something given by O2 that caused this? Did these allergy symptoms just come out of the blu I can t seem to get rid of these symptoms?

I had gone through your question I can understand your post operative allergic reaction.

This can be because of cannula or any other stuff like the drug powder, disinfectant, or any other instrument (material you may be allergic to).

If you have it persistent and there is no relief you may need a ample of steroid like hydrocart. You can also continue the anti allergic medications for some day and it will be solved.
It can too be because of medication you where prescribed after lithotripsy too.
