General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You may want to rule out a fungal infection, this can sometimes occur at the glans (top aspect) of the penis. It is not considered sexually transmitted.

Treatment with topical anti fungal cream for 1 to 3 weeks helps to resolve this, if this is the case. eg canesten, nizoral, econazole, ketoconazole, miconazole

If no infection is present then you may only need to apply a small amount of lubricant to help.

I hope this helps
