How Can Sinusitis Be Treated?

I have had a sinus infection for over a week, and if my memory serves me correct, the doctor said I had a slight case of bronchitis. He prescribed cefdinir 300 mg. capsules for a ten day supply. It seems that the sinus infection is still draining a great deal, causing the coughing and phlegm to continue. My question is, shouldn t the sinus infection be coming to an end. No fever for the last four days.
