Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understamding your concern. As per your query you are suffering from sinusitis which is leading to sinusitis / granular pharyngitis. There are many reasons for its recurrence or persisting condition like low immunity or sometimes infection is due to virus which can not be treated with antibacterial drugs. You need not to worry about it. You should visit pENT specialist once and get paranasal sinus X-ray done to check extent and level of infection. You should start medication once diagnosis is made out. You should drink plenty of water. Doctor may extend the course of antibiotics along with multivitamin to boost the immunity or antiviral drugs. Take anti inflammatory drugs such as Sinarest along with this. You should put nasal sprays in nostris. Avoid use of cold liquid substances. Take steam inhalation ,which will be very helpful in case of sinusitis. Apply mist humidifiers in room. Avoid oily food. Take diet rich in multivitamins. You should gargle 2-3 times daily.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
