I had a sinus infection/ear infection and took Z pac dk this is now bout 3-4 weeks later and I noticed bout 5 days ago what feels like a cherry sized mass. After numerous Google searches appears it’s a swollen lymph node. Read up on it it itches and ya tender in the chance I accidentally rub it and feels soft. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Don't worry it may be reactionary lymphadenopathy need to control the infection it may subside slowly. If you observe any redness or increasing size day by day or discharge from it you may consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
