Hi, Thanks for query to My HCM virtual Clinic And welcome to HCM services.

I studied all details of your query.

I understood your health concerns about treatment of shoulder folliculitis with seborrhoeic dermatitis.
Based on facts of your query,it seems that-you seem to suffer from a Chronic inflammatory disorder with folliculitis as the presenting symptom.Holistic approach from multiple expert team, would be needed to have long remissions. Thus you can have normal life with this,if treated properly as above from your Dermatologist.
General suggestions-
Bland Veg diet,
Less oils in meals,
Control you blood lipids.
Control Antigenic stimulants which exacerbate/flare up the seborrhoeic dermatitis.
Anti-histaminic/Steroid creams/Vit E,A with Zincovit would be the basis of treatment.
Hope this reply would help you in resolving this complex query and anxiety with it.

Will appreciate your hitting thanks and writing excellent review comments to help needy visiting patients at HCM like you.

Welcome for any further query in this regards.
Good Day!!
