How Can Severe Vertigo Be Treated?
what can i do to avoid having this horrible vertigo i have suffered for years but never to this extent i thought i was gonna die t he room was spinning so fast my daughter called emt my vitals were fine i vomited took a meclizine 2 hours later i was able to walk normally.

Vertigo has several causes and the basic treatment is treating the cause. One of the main causes is cervical spondylosis. In this case the treatment is initially with medicines and Isometric Neck exercises. For long term, to prevent recurrence it is better to continue with neck exercises alone.
