How Can Severe Stenosis Be Treated?

I have severe stenosis . I used opoids for 20 yrs to combat painand lhermittes sign I have quit the opoids because of the side effect (constipatiuom crhonic ! Now The lhermittes sign which only effects me while sleeping Its a rude awakening every hour or two I flop like a tuna or being hit with a cattleprod I have tried gabapentin 900 3 times a day no help Please suggest a medication that might help

Hello

Medications that might help with this symptom are anti-seizure drugs and steroids if the symptoms are from MS. Transcutaneos electrical nerve stimulation can be effective.You can use a neck brace that can stop your neck from bending to much.Get plenty of sleep and monitor your stress levels.
