Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This pain is due to compression of nerve root and it's called neuropathic pain it can relieve by over the counter medicines but sometimes need Gabapentin which is very useful in such cases. Consult spine specialist and follow as advised.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Bhadresh Lakhani
