How Can Severe Rash With Open Wounds And Infection Be Treated?

I'm a 59 year old female. In the past 2 years I've had 7 surgeries, several procedures and a heart attack. This has kept me bedridden and I have gained weight and lost muscle tone. I got a staph infection after the neck surgery.

The past several months I've been getting a severe rash that the doctor has treated with Nystop powder. It worked great. However over a month ago it flared up again on the weekend, and I tried something on my own that made it worse. I now have two quarter-sized wounds that will not heal.

The doctor put me on an antibiotic and an oral antifungal medication. I've put the powder on these open wounds, but it makes them worse and the smell is awful. I've tried pure aloe, that didn't work, I've tried Flucinonide (I was prescribed for an infection in the fatty layer of my skin). While it doesn't make it worse, I haven't noticed it getting better. I've also tried putting nothing on it after washing.

These wounds/holes lay on top of each other, so I cut up small pieces of t-shirt fabric and lay it between the two holes. They haven't dried out, the edges don't seem to getting better. I noticed tonight that when I removed the fabric to clean that there was green fluid on the t-shirt material.

I don't know what else to do. Peroxide, is there another topical medication I can put on these wounds? I separating them with soft cloth the thing to do?
